Considered one of the best peppers from the Kerala region of India, this pepper is picked by hand and late, in order to give it great maturity, then it is dried in the sun. Coming from a small harvest, it is a rare and exceptional pepper. It develops very aromatic fresh and fruity notes.
It is a pepper that appears mild but develops all its power over time. A very elegant character!
It goes well with all types of dishes. To be used on poultry and raw vegetables, absolutely try on fruit, in pear tart for example.
