SHIPMENT OF YOUR PACKAGE
The goods will be delivered by post (Chronopost, Colissimo or Lettre Suivie) to the delivery adress supplied by the client. Packages become the responsibility of the customer as soon as they are entrusted to the carrier. In the case of a lost or damaged parcel, refunded by La Poste, we can send the goods again. In the case of a package marked "Delivered" on the La Poste site but not received, or in any other case not refunded by La Poste, you must turn to the carrier.
Orders are processed within 7 working days. We generally prepare the packages the day after the validation of your order, except unexpected product breakage or exceptional period.
Chronopost orders are shipped on Tuesday and Friday in the morning during normal periods, and from Tuesday to Friday in the morning during the Christmas season. Colissimo orders are shipped from Tuesday to Friday in the morning. These shipping times may vary exceptionally in case of unavailability of the carriers for the collection of packages.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and the country of delivery; as an indication for France: 2 to 3 days with Chronopost and 2 to 7 days with Colissimo.
Delivery charges vary depending on the weight of your package and your choice of delivery method.
You can pick up your order free of charge in our shop in DÉGAGNAC (46340) on the village square next to the post office.
