Description

Pistacia vera
Shelled, blanched, raw and unsalted with a naturally vibrant green colour. Used in Asian and Mediterranean cooking to season terrines, stuffings and pies, sauces and vegetables. They add interest to desserts, pastries and fruit salads. Or simply serve as nibbles with drinks. They are also used in the production of nougat, mortadella, pesto and they go particularly well with fish dishes.
