Melt in the mouth sweetness that keeps for several months in a dry dark place. But it’s not just pretty adding flavour to cakes and pastries, used in the traditional French galette des rois, try it in Christmas chocolates, fruit salads or as a delicacy to nibble just as it is. Keeps for a long time in an air-tight container.
