A blend of salt and spice. Roasting the whole spice grains increases the intensity of their flavour, adding the salty Himalayan 'diamonds' creates a wonderful blend to use with almost any dish. Children appreciate it on pasta and rice, but it is just as good used to season courgettes or fish. Use it as a table spice in a salt-mill, or in the kitchen adding it at the end of the cooking period.
