One of our original blends, inspired by Madagascan cuisine. We have taken Madagascan fleur de sel, harvested in the salt-pans of Ifaty, and added a touch kaffir lime for its citrus note, a hint of chilli pepper for extra lift and a little ginger to reinforce all the flavours. Wonderful for a tomato salad, fish and chicken and rice dishes. The finishing touch that will delight the palate and surprise your guests! A real treat and quite unique.
