An aroma and consistency reminiscent of porcini mushrooms. Rehydrating takes about 30 minutes. We prefer to use them cut into slices and cooked in Chinese soups, slow cooked pork dishes, sautéed vegetables and sauces. They can also be oven cooked with a tomato stuffing.
