Preparation:


Wash and cut the potatoes into thick slices. Cook 15 min in a pressure cooker.

Peel and chop the garlic and onions, sauté 5 min in olive oil. Add the chilled leaves and cloves, cook 5 min. Add the ground meat and cook for 5 min. Sprinkle with the turmeric, cinnamon, garam masala, ginger and cook for 5 min.

Place the potatoes in the meat dish and serve immediately.
