A blend of aromatic Indian spices. Wonderful with onions, rice and mutton. It goes particularly well with white meats cooked in a sauce; veal; pork, chicken and poultry in general. Sprinkle over meat before cooking or use to flavour a sauce before serving. As a general rule a teaspoon is sufficient for four people. It can also be used as a table seasoning. Goes perfectly well with red wine.
