Description
A homemade blend with oriental flavors to spice up minced meat. Ideal for making meatballs (beef, lamb) or falafel-style chickpeas. Allow around 1 tablespoon of spices for 500g of meat. You can then vary by using your meatballs in tagines, stews, couscous, grilled or on skewers.
This mixture is also perfect for seasoning vegetables (potatoes, squash) or white meat.
Composition: cumin, thyme, pepper, paprika, all spices, onion, parsley, coriander.
