Description
Harissa is a traditional chili paste from Tunisia. We were inspired by their recipe to create this spicy mixture!
This composition created by us perfumes and enhances the meat preparation used for oriental cuisine. It is especially ideal for merguez.
The mixture is also ideally combined with marinated or grilled lamb. In this case, the dersa can be made, an ointment to be incorporated into the meat by kneading it. Feel free to add it to your couscous to make it more spicy. Tagines and falafels can also be seasoned with this spicy and tasty spice blend.
Composition: paprika sweet spanish, paprika, coriander, cumin, garlic, caraway, pepper, cinnamon, hot chilli pepper.
