A blend which is typical of Indian cuisine. A hot spicy flavour, mainly used for pork, lamb, veal, sauces, rice, chicken and slow cooked vegetables. It also makes a good accompaniment for fish cooked in stock. Use it to create delicious and very inexpensive dishes with fish fillets cooked in stock and served with a curry sauce, or with poached oysters or sautéed chicken breasts. Classic!
