Description
A mild curry blend typical of the cuisine from the West Indies and the Reunion Island. Aromatic but without the heat and a lovely yellow colour. Used for lamb, pork and goat dishes and slow cooked vegetable casseroles, along with chicken and pork Colombo recipes.
Ingredients: Turmeric, salt, cumin, coriander, fenugreek, ginger, garlic, black pepper, chili pepper
