A traditional blend from the Réunion Island, produced by the well known Maison Rama company. Ideal for all types of slow cooked stews and casseroles this is a blend for those who like it hot. Designed for making Reunionese curry (carry massalé), normally served with Creole rice, it can be adapted to create many other spicy dishes. It also exists in a milder form without chilli peppers.
Ingredients: Coriander, cumin, fenugreek, mustard, turmeric, cloves, chilli pepper.
