Allium sativum

Our garlic is crushed and dried making it easier to digest than fresh garlic, and it’s also more practical when you're in a hurry or don't want the lingering odour of garlic on your hands! Traditionally used to boost savoury dishes, sauces and soups, it adds extra flavour when sprinkled on salads. Add to slow cooked casseroles, stews and sauces at the beginning of cooking and to fried and sautéed dishes at the end of cooking, just before serving.
