Very small but very aromatic seeds; a mouth-watering sort of flavour. Ideal for salting, tomato juice, sauces, salads, fish, eggs. But use it sparingly - the flavour is very strong. Mixed with cooking salt it makes ... celery salt (again don't over do it, more than 20% of celery and the end result is rather bitter). Celery salt is great added to tomato juice, potato salads, coleslaw and summer gazpacho, and warming winter soups. So don’t hesitate to experiment.
