Inspired by the cold northern regions, this homemade recipe makes it possible to prepare a fruity hot drink without alcohol. The tangy citrus fragrances, balanced by the warm flavors of spices, offer a mixture that warms the body and mind, and perfumes the whole kitchen.
An original winter drink, to warm up young and old, to drink at any time of the day. Perfect for Christmas parties and snacks after a cold day. Can also be drunk cold as an original alcohol-free aperitif.
Instructions for use (on the back of the bag): in a saucepan, pour 1L of apple juice (add a little water if the juice is very sweet) and 10gr of spices. Heat and stop before boiling. Filter and drink hot.
Composition: Cinnamon, orange, lemon, maple sugar, ginger, maniguette, cloves.
