Description

Rosa damascena
A wonderful natural perfume for dishes and pot-pourris. Often used in North African cooking. Infuse rose petals in milk then use for making yogurt, creams and desserts. You can also use them to flavour fromage blanc. Try sprinkling them into a fruit salad or over an ice cream.
