Sodium chloride
A French gourmet salt from the Ile de Ré which is marinated in Merlot and Cabernet red wines. With its beautiful deep red colour it's wonderful for braised beef, red meats and duck. Very good with foie gras and pâtés that are low in salt. Try it in a sauce with barberries.
