Harvested by hand from the salt pans of Angelsey (just off the Welsh coast), this salt is so pure it looks like fresh snow. High in iodine this is an exceptional salt from the cold north Atlantic waters which has kept all its trace elements and minerals. Crisp and crunchy with a delicate texture it’s particularly good for herb butter, for salad dressings and sauces for crudités. Sprinkle it over grilled meat just before serving.
