Our black Madagascan pepper has an aroma of chocolate and gingerbread, with a slight hint of leather and a background flavour reminiscent of pink peppercorns. On the palate the flavour starts mild becoming hotter and spicier, leaving a pleasant sensation of heats that lingers. Perfect with white meats and poultry, fish and shell-fish both cooked and raw.
