The town of Serian in northern Borneo is famous for growing pepper. We have selected this pepper for its rarity, its quality and its refined aroma which combines freshness with notes of exotic fruits and flowers. An intense rich flavour which lingers on the palate, with a peppery heat. Try it with beef, on steaks, duck breast, onions and strawberry salad.
