This pepper of Vietnamese origin grows up on the highlands of the province of Dak Lak.
Picked at maturity, the red berries of this pepper are sorted and selected before being dried in the sun.
Dak Lak pepper develops aromas of candied fruit and balsamic notes that gives it an exceptional fruity very pleasant on the nose and palate. Moderately spicy, its warm notes match perfectly with white meats, shellfish, foie gras, marinade or Thai cuisine.
