Our unique hand crafted blend of spices are perfect to give zest to any fish dish; aromatic and full of flavour but without the heat. Add them to stock, pan fried or foil wrapped baked fish. Experiment by adding them to salad dressings and sauces. A wonderful seasoning for a green salad served with prawns and rice, or crab sticks. Mix into mayonnaise for shellfish. They can also be used for marinades for squid, herring and anchovies.
