Our original blend of spices, inspired by the cuisine of south-west France, was designed for seasoning duck breast and aiguillettes, but its just as good with other types of poultry, red meats and game. A blend that's particularly appreciated by children and those who enjoy flavoursome well seasoned dishes that aren't too spicy. Adding salt to our Epices Magret turn them into a table seasoning. For stews and casseroles add Epices Magret at the beginning of cooking. Looking for something different? Try adding them to cabbage, yoghurt and sliced cucumber.
