Fiery and full of flavour, our Cajun blend is perfect for sprinkling on before cooking and again at the end, creating the ideal stock for cooking shellfish. Gorgeous with prawns or for rubbed into pork chops, try it with jacket potatoes and finely grated carrots … and absolutely essential for the perfect stuffed alligator’s tail.
