In collaboration with our favorite butcher, we made this mixture for pork rib, beef steaks or chicken breasts marinades. Its flavor reminiscent of chimichurri, both aromatic, pleasantly smoked and enhanced by garlic allows to obtain the balance between the spices and the fat or acidity of the marinade. The fish or tofu will also be very well flavored by this homemade composition, following the same recipes as for white meat.

Marinate in an airtight container at least 2 or 3 hours before grilling, or even 12 to 24 hours if you want to slightly change the texture of the meat by soaking it. The preparation can be composed of oil, honey or cider vinegar. Cut into pieces, the meat will be more easily impregnated with flavors

Marinade spices can also be used more quickly, seasoning for fries, vegetables, cauliflower with chorizo, polenta or bean hummus. They are ideal for fajita sauces, burritos and other tacos in the tex-mex kitchen.

Ingredients: Garlic, parsley, smocked paprika, mild chilli, oregano, black pepper.
