Camellia sinensis
This tea comes from Jinjing, city of the mountainous province of Hunan in China very famous for the high quality of its teas. It is naturally scented with jasmine flowers by a master perfumer according to a complex controlled process called enfleurage. The tea leaves are put in contact with the jasmine flowers, then removed leaving only their bewitching scent to the tea. Here no aromas added!
It develops a floral and sweet nose of jasmine and lychee. On the palate, its finesse and the delicate flavor of jasmine make it an exceptional tea, a real pleasure to enjoy throughout the day. It will also perfectly accompany your asian dishes.
Low in theine but loaded with polyphenols, this tea is a natural antioxidant.
Infuse 2-3 min in 75°C water.
Not wishing to specialize in teas, Aromatiques Tropicales voluntarily offers only 3 references of selected organic teas. One jasmine green tea, one oolong blue tea and one smoked black tea. The first two for their excellent quality, finesse and precious aromas. Smoked tea, besides its tasting qualities is a valuable ally in cooking!
