Za'atar is a seasoning from the Middle East, particularly popular in Lebanon. Traditionally served at breakfast with bread dipped in olive oil. Use it for an unusual accompaniment for drinks, sprinkled on Lebanese pizzas, grilled fish or poultry. Perfume also the vinaigrettes and vegetables from the sun at the end of cooking.
Ingredients: Sumac, golden sesame, oregano.
