Baharat, a blend of spices that links East and West, exists in various forms. Our blend is typical of that found in Turkey, a classical mix of spices that is particularly harmonious and rich in flavour. It can be used as a general-purpose spice blend, great with grilled meat and for marinades and rice-based stuffings. In the Middle East it is widely used for meat balls, vegetables, humuus and bulghur wheat.
Ingredients: Cumin, thyme, pepper, paprika, allspice, cinnamon.
