Description

A fragrant and tasty blend of aromatic herbs, indispensable in everyday cooking. Parsley and chervil combined with alliums give a well-balanced sensation of spicy sweetness.

This assemblage of everyday life can save bland dishes and blend into any green sauces or cream sauce. It is a seasoning to be incorporated into mayonnaises, vinaigrettes, with fresh cheese. Fine herbs go well with egg dishes, especially eggs mimosa and omelets. But also on pasta with olive oil or on a fish fillet. It reveals a gustatory quality to the potato, especially in salads.

Toast for aperitif: a slice of sandwich bread that is flattened with a rolling pin. Mix cheese to spread with the fine herbs, spread on the slice of bread. Roll everything tightly into a sausage and then cut slices. For carnivores, you can add a very thin slice of ham. Serve it fresh with the pleasure of delighting your guests!
