High quality Kaffir Lime fresh leaves (around 12cm) produced here on our nursery in the Lot (France), grown using neither pesticides, nor insecticides nor fungicides. Harvested on the premises then packaged immediately to ensure that you receive a product with all its aroma intact.
Kaffir Lime leaves are traditionally used in Asian, Indonesian and Thai cooking. They add a citrus note but their unique exotic flavour distinguishes them from any other citrus fruit. Ground or whole the leaves are used in fish and rice dishes, for making sauces and typical recipes such as rougail. Try adding small pieces to a classic sponge cake.
