Artemisia dracunculus
One of the classics among aromatic herbs, to be used in many simple recipes. The particularity of tarragon is to keep its sweet aroma and aniseed once dried. To add to an omelette, a homemade mayonnaise, mimosa eggs, herb butter, on a fish or chicken.
