Origanum vulgare virens
Picked in the northern Alentejo, this wild oregano - called "white" because of the colour of its flowers - has a powerful penetrating aroma perfect to use with pasta, pizza and Mediterranean dishes.
Crumble it onto fish, or a sauce for white meat. Use it to flavour a good quality olive oil or white vinegar. Strong, unforgettable flavour.
Production guaranteed pesticide-free.
