A blend of three edible seaweeds: reddish-brown dulse (Palmaria palmata), bright green sea lettuce (Ulva lactuca) and and purple nori (Porphyra umbilicalis). Adds flavour to stock for fish and shellfish. For a dish that's a real pageant of colour and flavour try sprinkling it over a green salad, rice salad with prawns, fish served in a sauce, or cooked in foil, or mix it with lemon juice to use as a dressing. Serve with a dry white wine. Mix with salt and serve on the table for a seasoning that's rich in essential trace minerals.
