Origanum marjorana

Widely used in Greek, Italian and Austrian cooking, marjoram is a sweet, pleasantly aromatic herb perfect for Provencal recipes, tomato based dishes, eggs, fromage frais and goat's cheese. Ideal for seasoning bean dishes, fish, sausage meat and pâtés. Combines well with garam masala.
