Our garlic is sliced and dried making it easier to digest than fresh garlic, and it’s also more practical when you're in a hurry or don't want the lingering odour of garlic on your hands! Traditionally used to boost savoury dishes, sauces and soups. Add to slow cooked casseroles, stews and sauces at the beginning of cooking and to fried and sautéed dishes at the end of cooking, just before serving.
