A mix of dried red and green sweet peppers with all the flavour and aroma typical of sweet peppers. They have so many uses:
1) Add them directly to a salad dressing, they will rehydrate but remain crunchy.
2) Soak in warm water for 10 to 20 minutes, drain, and use for omelettes, sauces and salads
3) Simply add to the cooking water for pasta, rice and other grains such as quinoa or barley.
