Capsicum baccatum
This bright yellow chili pepper is one of the most popular in its home region : Peru. Aji Limo, Aji Limon, Lemon Drop, Qillu Uchu, this chili pepper will have different names depending on the country you are in. Its fame and rusticity make it a very cultivated chili pepper today, which allows us to have access to a very good quality and organic products.
This chili is strong, we classify it as 7 – Hot. Its intensity is however short in the mouth and leaves the benefits for its lemon flavor that makes his fame.
