Olea europaea var. taggiasca
This organic olive oil originates in the province of Jaén in Andalusia, called the «world capital of olive oil».
From a family production, this extra virgin olive oil is obtained from an organic plantation of the variety of olives taggiasca (Italian variety). The olives are cold-pressed (between 22 and 24°C) on the day of harvest in October.
This olive oil has a very fragrant, fruity and floral nose with some nutty notes. It is sweet and very fragrant in the mouth, it has a beautiful roundness that allows it to develop its aromas slowly and deeply. The characteristic bitterness is well controlled.
This oil of very high quality sublimates the salads of crudités. Poured on a hot plain rice, its fragrances delicately perfume and flavor.
