Ingredients (for 6 people):

  •     500g chicken breast
  •     200g chorizo
  •     300g large prawns (cooked)
  •     1 onion
  •     2 bell peppers
  •     5 tomatoes
  •     1 small can of tomato concentrate
  •     400g rice
  •     2 litres of poultry stock
  •     1g thyme
  •     7g Cajun spices
  •     2 cloves
  •     salt/pepper


Preparation:


Cut the chicken into pieces.

Cut the chorizo into rings.

Peel the shrimp.

Peel and chop the onion.

Cut the tomatoes into slices.

Peel and cut the peppers into small pieces.

Prepare the chicken broth: 2 litres of water + 3 cubes of poultry broth.

In a frying pan, pour a little olive oil and brown the chicken a few minutes, add the chorizo and extend the cooking time by a few minutes. Book.

In a large skillet, pour a little olive oil, add the onion and cloves, brown. Add the rice and a ladle of poultry broth, stir until the rice becomes translucent. Add the chicken, chorizo, peppers, tomatoes, tomato paste, thyme, cajun spices, salt and pepper.

Moisten with the broth, mix well. Watch the cooking and add the broth as you go.

Cook for half an hour.

Add the shrimp at the end of cooking.
