SPICY BISCUITS WITH ÉPICES BISCUIT

Ingredients (for 70 biscuits) :

  • 250g plain flour
  • 175g brown sugar
  • 175g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 3 tsps Épices Biscuit
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation :

Mix all the ingredients to obtain a smooth dough, roll to form a sausage (diameter 3-4cm).
Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
Cut into slices and cook on a baking sheet at 160°c (thermostat 4-5) for 12-15 minutes.
Keep an eye on them during cooking.
