COCONUT CREAM CAKE
- 200g plain flour
- 1/2 sachet of baking powder
- 150g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of coconut butter (200g)
- 2 bananas or 1 tin of sliced pineapples
Gently heat the coconut butter in a saucepan with a little water until it melts.
Mix the flour, the baking powder and the sugar in a mixing bowl.
Add the eggs and the coconut butter and mix to obtain a smooth mixture, adding a little water if necessary.
Butter a cake tin.
Cut the fruit into thin slices to cover the base of the cake tin.
Pour the mixture over and cook at thermostat 3-4 for 30 to 45 minutes.
