This chilli, native to the region of Murcia in Spain, colors and aromatizes with its fruity taste and little spiciness dishes of Moroccan cuisine such as couscous, tagines, marinades of poultry or fish. In Spain, especially in Catalonia, it is added to paella, salsa romesco or salvitxada. Also lifts salads, stews and soups.
