At the rate of 2 doses of spices for 1 dose of vinegar and 3 doses of olive oil, this thick sauce is used generously. Prepare it in advance so that the aromas infuse in the sauce. Present it at the table to allow each guest to accompany his grilled according to his desires or to coat the meat at the end of cooking so that it is impregnated.
